My name is Blake and am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have been working in both clinical and spa/private practice locations since 2015.  This diverse background has given me the experience to be able to offer a deep level of relaxation as well as focused time spent on pain, muscle tension, injuries, and more.  I have always been fascinated by massage and the effect it can have on both the body and the mind.  Over the past 8 years I have spent extra time learning to implement Kinesio taping, essential oil protocols, deep tissue work, lymphatic drainage, and scar tissue release into my work. Each of these tools have greatly improved my ability to help my clients and improve their lives.  Seeing clients walk away relaxed and feeling better is deeply rewarding.

What should I expect from my first appointment?

From the moment you walk into my office you can take a deep breath and relax.  Everything that I do is for your comfort and relaxation. Before we get started I will have you fill out some paperwork that lets me know your preferences and anything else that I need to be aware of during your time on my table. After that, we can talk about what you would like your experience to look like. You may ask any questions you like, and we can make any adjustments we need to at any time.  This is your time to let the stresses of your day disappear. I am excited to see what we can do to help you get where you want to be.

Where do I go?

I am located at 550 Oak Ridge Turnpike in the Massage Therapy Center next to Oak Ridge Chiropractic.  The parking spaces in front of the small courtyard in the front of the building are closest to my lobby.  Follow the signs to the courtyard door of the Massage Therapy Center into the lobby. Have a seat and I will meet you there.
